When I started Miji's Dresses I had a new little girl and loved making dresses for her. I received many compliments on my sewing and thought it would be a fun side hobby to do. During the first 2 years I made over 50 dresses from baptisms and birthdays to weddings. It was so wonderful being able to make all these lovely dresses for the amazing people on Etsy. Then I had my son and what a joyful handful he was as my hobby took a back seat. As my children started growing from toddlers into childhood I started filling their little lives with dress-ups as any child would love. I would look forward to the different costumes they wanted me to create so they could imagine to their hearts content. As superheros became a huge platform for my little boy masks started to enter the dress-up realm. I made all the Avenger masks and more. Birthday party favors always included a new mask for their friends. Of course the kids couldn’t have all the fun, and the masks were large enough that the parents joined in. With years of seeing my masks running around on people of all ages in the neighborhood I figured it was time to share the fun with everyone. So now I'm starting my new adventure Miji a shop for dress-ups, masks, dresses, and other things. I hope you enjoy as much as my kids do.
